| :: WHICH SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE GAMEEXPERIENCE PROGRAM? |
| The program includes: stadium transfer in and out in buses, visit to the Museum of Boca, ticket for the game on a seat at Medium Level Sector C (International Tourism) and permanent guide. |

| :: DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE LODGING? |
| No, this program does not include lodging. For lodging inclusive option see the FULLEXPERIENCE program. |

| :: DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE BUS OR AIRPLANE TICKETS? |
| No, the program does not include bus or airplane tickets. It only includes transfers between the hotel and the stadium. Airplane tickets can be requested as a complimentary service. |

| :: WHERE AM I GOING TO BE PICKED UP? |
| We can pick you up at any hotel on the areas of Palermo, B. Norte, Recoleta, Microcentro, San Telmo and La Boca. |

| :: WHAT TIME AM I GOING TO BE PICKED UP? |
| Hotel pick up begins 3 hours before the kick off time of each game. |

| :: WHAT TIME AM I GOING TO BE BACK AT MY HOTEL? |
| The arrival back to your hotel is about one hour after the end of the game. |

| :: HOW LONG DOES THE TOUR TAKE? |
| The whole tour takes between 6 and 7 hours. |

| :: WHERE IS MY SEAT LOCATED? |
| The BOCAEXPERIENCE seats (Medium Level, Sector C, International Tourism) are located on the first roads of the medium level aside one of the goal lines. They give you an excellent view of the pitch as well as a panoramic view of the whole stadium. |

| :: ARE SEATS NUMBERED? |
| Yes, seats at the international sector are all numbered. |
| |
| :: IS THERE ANY OTHER LOCATION AVAILABLE? |
| No there isn't, the only location available is Sector C on the Medium Level. |

| :: WHICH ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS? |
| 1- Cash at our office in U.S. Dollars or Argentine Pesos according the applicable exchange rate. |
| 2- From Argentina: deposit or transfer to our bank account, in Argentine Pesos according the applicable exchange rate. |
| 3- From abroad: money transfer via Western Union (expenses to be paid by the customer). |

| :: HOW MUCH DO CHILDREN PAY? |
| Children from 0 to 6 years old who will not occupy a seat pay only USD15 per game in concept of insurance. Children 7 year-old and older pay adult fares. |

| :: HOW EARLY SHOULD I BUY MY TICKETS? |
| All games published on this site's schedule are on sale since they are published. Due to the low quantity of seats available for the BOCAEXPERIENCE program plus the chance of receiving big groups of tourists, it is advisable to buy your tickets for any game as soon as possible to secure you seats. |
